＜古代文字って何？＞
主に、約3500年前に生まれた甲骨文字から2500年前に生まれた篆書までの漢字スタイルをまとめて「古代文字」と呼んでいます。中国のトンパ文字やエジプトのヒエログリフのような、失われた神秘の文字ではなく、今わたしたちが毎日使っている漢字のルーツというべきものです。絵というには意味があり、文字というには自由奔放で、過去と未来が一瞬でつながるような、そんな不思議な魅力が古代文字には隠されています。
Profile
５歳から地元の書道教室に通い始める。
高校の書道部を終えてから東京でグラフィックデザイナーとして広告製作プロダクションに入社。フリーになってから書道を再開し、学書院の須佐玄麟先生に師事。
毎年新宿で玄麟書道展を開催。
2007年には中国／上海で開催。
2007年より篆書、隷書以前の文字に特化した「古代文字書道教室」を各地で開催。
古典書道から古代文字アート書道まで幅広く指導。
2015年ワシントン州オリンピアのアートウォークに参加。
2015、2016年と取り壊す予定のお宅を借りて書道パフォーマンス。その様子はYouTubeにアップ。
